  Slow took 15mins waiting in the drive through due to faulty eftpos machine. Surely should of swapped it for a restaurant machine to speed the drive through up. Missed my lunch break.

  Appalling & totally underwhelming. A new low in "customer service". Waited 30 minutes (in a FAST food venue) to collect an order that turned out not to be mine. Staff arguing amongst themselves, ignoring customers while they sorted out their own internal disputes, other customers yelling and swearing about the poor state of hygiene in the venue, 2 refunds issued (in 30 minutes). Made Fawlty Towers look like a 5-star retreat. Be warned: stay away from this outlet.

  Good food everytime we've been here. It was fresh, hot and quick. Staff are polite, but none of them look to happy. Restaurant is nice looking and open and naturally well lit.

  Standards here have dropped a LOT over the years. Last time they didn't have any gravy or sweet chilli sauce, and staff are not particularly friendly.
