  After being turned down at other pizza places, Pizza Capers welcomed a special request for a heart pizza on Valentine's Day to deliver to my boyfriend while I was interstate. It turned out fantastic. I've added the photo to Google. Thank you so much guys I really appreciate it. I think it was Laura (?) and Sam who served me and they were great.

  Terrible customer service. Hung up on me when I called to inform them part of our order was missing. Blamed it on the new driver. "It's his first day". Pathetic excuse. So sad and generic. A disgrace.

  Normally you might expect a shady establishment to make any attempt on you r life after a bad review; but this time it's the other way around.
  Pizzas are great, especially when compared with the larger chains. But it would be nice if you started hiring staff that can read orders. Sometimes people customise their orders due to taste or religious preferences, sometimes it's because they are severely allergic to certain things and would like to avoid death for another day!
